An international survey on communication management
A quantitative survey on how managers perceive and rank the key challenges linked to communication management was recently conducted by ITC-Research, amongst a sample of 300 companies taken from the top 500 in 3 European countries : France, Belgium and Germany. The sample was made up as follows : 33% general managers, 21,7% marketing managers, 11,3 sales managers and 34% communication managers.
The aim of the survey was to reveal how the perceptions and attitudes of the managers in these 3 countries have evolved on a number of key themes linked to communication management : global/local approach, integrated communications, measurability of communication impact, communication and internal motivation.
