What is RIC-Coaching?

To achieve highest return on communication investments, the RIC model needs to be applied coherently and consistently across the company’s various communication activities. Such a process is ideally maintained in the medium and long term. With the help of an appropriate coach, chosen amongst a task force of communication experts with adequate RIC experience, a company’s efforts are accompanied through the various steps of the process.

First, a representative analysis is made within the relevant activity sector, revealing with utmost precision who participates in the decision-making process and which unconscious decision-making criteria are being used. Based on these criteria, the most appropriate communication strategy is then developed, aiming at highest return on investment. Finally, the impact of individual communication activities as well as the overall effectiveness of the communication strategy is monitored and – if necessary – adapted, before and after launch.

This coaching process has been applied successfully ( see testimonials ) to multinational companies and international industry federations, under the guidance of the founders of the RIC model.
