”Return on Integrated Communication” (RIC®) is a new, scientific methodology, based on a proven statistical model, which allows any company to measure, manage and maximise the effectiveness of its communication investments. Based on key, unconscious decision-making criteria, it allows to guide - in a precise and integrated manner - a company’s communication efforts on the long term, whilst enabling to anticipate the effectiveness of any communication tool even before it is launched.

Firstly, the RIC® process identifies and quantifies the involvement and importance of every decision-maker in the process of purchase or loyalty towards a company, its products or its services. At the same time, the key, unconscious decision-making factors used by these persons are ranked.
